ABSoft Business Accounting System


ABSoft is an Integrated Accounting System, which consists of Four Modules namely: General Ledger Module, Account Receivable Module, Account Payable Module and InventoryModule. It can be used for solution from simple to completed Financial Management and Business Accounting needs and Sale Analysis.

It is a multi-user, multi-currency, multi-company application which can produce separate and consolidated financial statements for any specified period of time.

General Ledger Module can be used to record non-sale, purchase and inventory transaction, such as Cash Receive, Cash expense and Journal entries. This module also provides Trial balance by currency, Profit and Loss Statement and Balance sheet on any time.

Account Receivable module consists of Cash and Credit Sale Entry, Receive Entry from credit sale, Customer Ledger balance and Customer aging report and other various sale reports for management and analysis.

Account payable module help in deal with supplier and it also consists of Cash and Credit Purchase Entry, Payment Entry for credit purchase, Supplier Ledger balance and other purchase report for management and analysis.

Inventory Control module allows you to record details of items you sale and purchase.Stock Receive and Issue, Stock Transfer, Stock Adjustment, Stock Assembly and Stock balance calculation are features provided by our system.
